Mr. M. Asif is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP). He is also a member of Karachi Tax Bar Association (KTBA) and Management Association of Pakistan (MAP).

Mr. M. Asif is a Certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).

He has more than 30 years of diversified industry experience with strong background in strategic planning, financial & business management, contract negotiations, budget preparation & controlling, group tax planning & compliances, corporate risk identification & management, audits & investigations, policies & process development and corporate structuring & legal compliance.

During his stay with renowned listed companies, he was the member of the board / executive management committee and headed different functions, which include finance & accounts, internal audit, shariah compliance, corporate & legal affairs, IT, Admin & HR, procurement, planning, production, engineering, quality, regulatory & RnD. He has more than 35 years of work experience in reputed listed and unlisted companies in Managerial positions with the diversified responsibility in the field of Finance, Corporate and Taxation.

He has also dedicatedly worked for more than 5 years as Corporate Consultant with reputed Chartered Accountants and Share Registrar Service Provider, assisting more than hundred clients for their routine and complex regulatory matters (relating to SECP, CDC, PSX, SBP, BOI, KCCI, Sindh Board of Revenue etc.) and corporate compliances.
