MUHAMMAD ASIF
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. M. Asif is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP). He is also a member of Karachi Tax Bar Association (KTBA) and Management Association of Pakistan (MAP).
Mr. M. Asif is a Certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).
He has more than 30 years of diversified industry experience with strong background in strategic planning, financial & business management, contract negotiations, budget preparation & controlling, group tax planning & compliances, corporate risk identification & management, audits & investigations, policies & process development and corporate structuring & legal compliance.
During his stay with renowned listed companies, he was the member of the board / executive management committee and headed different functions, which include finance & accounts, internal audit, shariah compliance, corporate & legal affairs, IT, Admin & HR, procurement, planning, production, engineering, quality, regulatory & RnD. He remained actively involved in diversified improvement & change management processes in these companies, some of those are mentioned hereunder:
